Life is not always easy and sometimes worries and stresses can get the better of us. It is important to make sure that you are healthy emotionally as well as physically.

If you are not coping well emotionally, there are things that you can do to feel stronger.

•You may simply be going through a temporary phase in your life that will work itself out.

•However, if you want to make changes, Portsmouth Health Trainers are a friendly and confidential service and have lots information that you can read or take away which you can read on your own, including stress busting tips.

•Sometimes doing simple things like getting active, eating a healthy diet or getting a good night’s sleep can help.

Success Story

Jane went to see a Health Trainer after she found she was emotionally struggling in life and thought that if she was physically healthier maybe she would feel emotionally feel better.

She went to see her Health Trainer for her FREE sessions over 5 months. Together they set goals that were achievable that helped her physically and mentally.
